Sustainable Fashion Links – Week 4

Spice Girl Charity Tee’s Are Not Ethically MadeSustainable Fashion

Sustainable Fashion

Hello, how are you all? For me, it’s coming up to moving house week. I’ve been using any free time to declutter anything that we no longer need or use. There is nothing like a move to really make you assess what you need. The major win today was selling our tumble dryer. I’ve been thinking for a while that I probably only use it because it’s handy. So this was the perfect time to let it go. Air drying means our clothing should last longer, it’s better for the environment and may even reduce the electric bill. We also have to sell our flooring! Unbelievably the dutch only like to rent properties without flooring. So we need to take it up before we go, as well as all the light fittings. It was sold online in super quick time, maybe a clue that we priced it too low!

Here are your sustainable fashion news and links for the week. I was disappointed this week to discover T-shirts sold to raise money for Comic Relief have been produced unethically. The first two links in the list are talking about that.
