I hope you are all enjoying the run up to Christmas! Personally, I love the festive season but it can be super stressful. I know a lot of people struggle at this time, especially if you are alone or missing people so take care. I’m spending Christmas at home in Amsterdam – we are veggie so hoping to cook a variation of thisChristmas for us is usually quite chilled, we eat and walk the dogs somewhere quiet and that’s about it.
